Maya is originally from Seattle, WA and attended University of Washington (Go Huskies!) for her undergrad. After completing a post-bac fellowship at the NIH, Maya joined the Harvard Program in Virology. Outside of lab, she enjoys binging Narcos, hiking, and kayaking.
